Expediting Transformative Development

HORIZON Development + Entitlement is pleased to play a role in the development of Destination Crenshaw, a 1.3 mile outdoor corridor museum that will feature 100 works of art.  Included in this $100 Million monumental project are 3 community parks that will feature art sculptures and community recreation space.  HORIZON has taken the lead and served as a single point of contact for Building Permits, coordination with the Bureau of Engineering, LID, and other Departments.

The permitting process has seen a swift change due to Covid-19. HORIZON has navigated these changes and maintained key relationships with the people that are behind the on-line portals.  This has enabled us to continue to provide expediting based on relationships and key competencies.

We look forward to watching this development unfold and beautify Crenshaw Blvd for several generations of community residents.
